Further proof that just because you agree with someone 90% of the time, which I do in Miss Ingraham’s case, doesn’t mean they aren’t a really mean and overbearing individual.

In full disclosure, I only watched about a third of the video, however…
Based on what I saw, I wouldn’t say she’s a jerk. Just very clearly a bit stressed and out of her element. I think, too, the fact that she is regularly a very intense individual with a voice that (let’s face it) isn’t the most, erm, delicate and soothing on any given day means that she’s already behind the eight ball and probably needs to work extra hard at appearing and sounding friendly.
My other thought is that this clip is very heavily edited, and it’s pretty easy to make someone look bad when all you’re showing are their bad moments. That, and her staff is clearly quite incompetent — ignoring her edits to copy, writing terrible teleprompter scripts (with misspellings no less), and things like that.
Unless I missed some giant freak-out in the latter two-thirds of the video (and even then, such a thing could be attributed to a boiling-over of the build-up from the previous events), I’m going to say that Ms. Ingraham is probably not actually a jerk. (My opinion only, of course.)

I do think the latter portion of the movie-film – from about 4:45 to 9:00 – is where she goes from mostly unpleasant to overbearing, mean, and worthy of the term earlier ascribed.
It’s definitely true that editing was employed to make her look worse, but in fairness they aren’t piecing together random verbage to form the negatives – just stringing the negatives together quickly.
She does appear to be under duress from a poor staff and poor circumstances, but I don’t think that absolves her from jerk-ism. Character is displayed under adversity, eh?
